Remember my blurb in the August newsletter?  I said “…let’s have not just a good one, but the best Best one-day show.”  And thanks to you I believe we achieved just that.  The door crew reported a steady start, things quickly picked up, and there was a good atmosphere – “the buzz” – about the show.  Personally I had a great time: not too many problems to sort out, most of it worked as advertised, and I found a kit I’ve been after for literally years (at a bargain price too).  Spent far too much money on other stuff, but I’m sure I’m not the only one.

I received lots of favourable comments on the day, and you may have seen some on the various internet discussion groups.  One thing that more than one trader mentioned was that they particularly appreciated the help in unloading, they don’t get that at many shows.

We couldn’t have done it without  everyone's efforts, so thank you all  for your part in making this the best best one-day show.  So give yourselves a big collective pat on the back, and put next year in your diary – 19^th August 2007, same time, same place, and even better!
